"Cardiff and Vale have implemented the ‘Request a Porter Helpdesk’ at University Hospital Llandough and is running fully automated. Synbiotix have been very supportive at all times throughout the process and are willing to do anything for us to refine the service. Our patient response times have increased from 65% to 95% which is a great achievement. We are continuing roll out within the UHB as we are so pleased with the system."
