ACTION PLANNING

Action Planning is an over-arching module designed to manage all organisational actions that are generated within the Synbiotix platform through one centralised web-based system.

The system generates, tracks and manages actions in two ways:
 

  1. Actions are created automatically by the Synbiotix platform via templates that are connected to the action planning tool, and will have their actions appear within the Action Planning module.
     

  2. Actions can also be manually created in the Action Planning module by users with the appropriate permissions.
     

Actions can be viewed, tracked, managed, updated and closed off within the Action Planning module, which also allows for notifications to be sent out to allocated users.

Action notifications can be sent via multiple communication channels and can be sent at times of your choice.
